Below is an article found in The Literary Digest from June
10, 1922. My relationship with Mary was
so public, we were often talked about and it ultimately caused the end of our
marriage. The article describes our start, and lives together along with the 22
room mansion that we named “Pickfiar”. We
threw lavish parties and often entertained some of the most famous people in
the world. The article talked about our
divorce and the rumors around why they think it happened. While we had a very good run, I’m sad that we
finally called it quits.
