It’s a good thing that I’m not a shy guy, look at this crowd!  This picture was taken on September 21, 1918 in Washington, DC.  Charlie Chaplin and I were kicking off the 4^th Liberty Load Drive.  I also kicked off the 3^rd campaign outside the steps of the New York Stock Exchange in April of that same year.  The 3^rd campaign raised over 4 billion dollars in one month.  I’m excited to see what this drive will raise.
